Job Description

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Program Associate - Digital Health, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

 

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

 

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

We are looking for Program Associate - Digital Health based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Program Associate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and handholding support of the Digital Health platforms. The position reports to Senior Program Officer. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:

Key Job Responsibilities: 


(1) Support implementation, monitoring, and strengthening of digital health initiatives across assigned geographies;

(2) Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and validation checklists based on documented requirements;

(3) Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of digital health platforms and system enhancements;

(4) Track, document, and report defects and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution and retesting;

(5) Verify system functionality, usability, deployment and rollout;
(6) Facilitate effective use of digital health platforms and applications by program teams and health facilities;

(7) Track utilization, performance, and data quality indicators of digital health systems and provide regular feedback for improvement;

(8) Maintain project documentation including requirement trackers, testing reports, issue logs, and implementation records;
(9) Ensure timely reporting of activities, milestones, and deliverables as per project requirements;

(10) Work closely with program teams and end users to gather, document, and validate functional requirements related to digital health platforms;
(11) Develop and maintain process flows and other technical documentation;

(12) Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users for effective utilization of digital systems;


4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree, master’s in public health, Hospital/Health care Management, Health Informatics, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred;

(2) Minimum 0–2 years of experience in digital health, health informatics, public health programs, or health systems strengthening initiatives;
(3) Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, system testing, and user support;

(4) Familiarity with health information systems, digital health platforms, dashboards and data management processes;

(5) Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with understanding of digital health platforms;

(2) Excellent documentation and report-writing skills;

(3) Experience in preparing requirement specifications and testing documentation;

(4) Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;

(5) Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams;

(6) Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills;


5. Compensation Offered: Gross remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 45,000/- to INR 50,000/- per month.

6. LOCATION: Jaipur, Rajasthan

8. NATURE OF Engagement:


The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of Five months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
