Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Program Immunization Communication for HPV to provide support to the Immunization Team for the HPV vaccination program. As the project activities intensified at the state level, the consultant will extensively support multiple states with technical PowerPoint presentations, communication content, and program materials tailored to state-specific needs. The Program Immunization Communication for HPV will also support planning and documentation of workshops for HPV vaccination and contribute evidence-based briefing materials for advocacy and program use. The position will provide support for multi-state coordination to strengthen communication planning and stakeholder engagement for HPV vaccination. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Support to multiple states -development of PPTs and communication materials tailored to state-specific requirements for HPV vaccination;
(2) Updated influencer and stakeholder mapping list to support workshop and engagement preparations;
(3) Evidence-based slide decks synthesizing research on adolescent vaccination for advocacy and program use;
(4) Documentation and learning briefs capturing program processes;
(5) Development of one research paper/manuscript on immunization for publication in a reputed journal;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have Master’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, Communication, or related field;
(2) Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in training coordination, communication, or program support in health or immunization programs;
(3) Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize research into clear, actionable briefing notes and presentations;
(2) Good coordination and organizational skills for planning and supporting trainings/ workshops;
(3) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable working with data compilation and analysis;
(4) Attention to detail in documentation and reporting;
(5) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced program environment;
(6) Willingness to travel to states/districts as required for workshops and stakeholder engagement;
5. Compensation Offered: The monthly Gross remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 45,000/- per month and Travel Allowance: INR15,000 per month (as per actual).

8. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of six months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
