KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Operations- Manage cross-functional team operations and ensure processes such as planning, goals, roadmaps, and scoping and tracking
• Training & Capacity Building- Facilitate various orientation and training sessions with senior state officials from UNICEF state offices, education departments, district officials, headmasters, teachers and students
• Communications & Outreach- Build robust and creative communication and outreach plan for generating awareness about the program to improve the on-ground adaptation
• Community Engagement- Engaging with stakeholders to strengthen the active participation from the implementation agencies and beneficiaries
• Data Analysis & Insights- Collect data regularly to measure achievement against the performance indicators
• Engage with the government and officials ensuring smooth implementation of the program

KEY SKILLS

• Excellent communication and organization skills and ability to work in high pressure with deep expertise on operating large-scale projects in education/development sector
• Experience: Minimum 7 years overall, with at least 3 years in education or counselling.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Key Requirement: Experience working within government departments.
