3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for State Support Immunization Communication for HPV to support allocated states - Meghalaya, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh in communication-related activities for the HPV vaccination campaign. The State Support Immunization Communication HPV will assist states in preparing and implementing state-specific communication plans, coordinate stakeholder workshops, and monitor campaign progress to strengthen community awareness, acceptance, and uptake of the HPV vaccine. This is a field-facing support role focused on close coordination with state governments and stakeholders to ensure effective on-ground implementation of communication activities. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Support to State for communication activities related to HPV vaccination campaign;
(2) Support in preparation and implementation of state-specific communication plans;
(3) Support in planning and organization of state-level coordination workshops, including agenda development, stakeholder /influencer lists, participant coordination, documentation, and follow-up action tracking;
(4) Support development of state-specific communication materials and coordination of related HPV vaccination activities;
(5) Periodic progress monitoring reports of HPV vaccination campaign with actionable recommendations;
(6) Any other tasks related to project assigned by state or supervisor;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience
(1) The applicant must have a Master’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, Social work or Communication, or related field;
(2) Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, communication, or program support in health or immunization programs, with strong coordination, documentation, and presentation skills.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with state government officials and stakeholders;
(2) Good organizational and coordination skills for planning and executing workshops;
(3) Strong documentation and reporting skills;
(4) Ability to work independently in field locations with minimal supervision;
(5) Willingness to travel within allocated state;
5. Compensation Offered: The monthly remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 75,000/- per month INR 15,000/ (as per actual for travel).

9. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of six months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
