Submission Instructions

Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before 4^th October 20026 to: IN-UP-procurement@jhpiego.org .

Late submissions will not be considered unless the Procurement Committee formally agrees to accept them.

The Financial Proposal must be submitted as a password-protected Excel file.
