Organization:
CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V. located in Germany is an international disability and development organization whose primary purpose is to improve the quality of life of the world’s poorest persons with disability and those at risk of disability. CBM works in the most disadvantaged societies, irrespective of race, gender, or religion. CBM address poverty as a cause and a consequence of disability. We work in partnership to create an inclusive society for all.

Scope:
CBM is seeking consultancy for conducting a feasibility study of a project proposed to the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), titled “Strengthening Inclusive Eye Care Services in Andhra Pradesh, India”.
The expression of Interest is being sought from an individual/institutions having extensive expertise and experience in assessing healthcare systems and services from an inclusion and rights-based perspective, accessibility standards, disability inclusion, gender equity, and safeguarding principles, with at least 5 years of experience in participatory approaches, designing, conducting quantitative & qualitative studies, preferably BMZ-funded projects in India.
