Job Description

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant HR, International Not-for-Profit Organization, New Delhi.

 

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

 

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Public Health Consultant HR will support recruitment processes and ensure smooth and efficient hiring. S/he will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Job Responsibilities: 

 

(1) Timely screening of resumes from iCIMS and submission of a shortlist of relevant candidates;

(2) Completion of initial HR screening calls for all shortlisted candidates with documented feedback;


(3) Effective scheduling of interviews with seamless coordination and communication with candidates;


(4) Accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the interview database in Excel;


4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualifications and Experience
(1) The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred);

(2) At least 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR role.

(3) Experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination is an advantage;

Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
(2) Good organizational skills with attention to detail;

(3) Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively;


5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The total consultancy fee budgeted for this assignment, per month is INR 30,000/-

 

6. LOCATION: New Delhi

7. REFERENCE: C-D-HR-INPO

 

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

 

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant for a total duration of six months. The consultancy assignment shall be full-time, with an initial engagement period of three months through SAMS, acting as a third-party payrolling agency. This engagement shall be extended for an additional three months, either with SAMS or another designated agency.

The contract may be further extended beyond six months, subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements. It is expressly clarified that this consultancy arrangement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment with SAMS, the client, or any other organization associated with the project.
