Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Nursing Expert - Digital Learning Module will work closely with subject matter experts and the Digital Innovation Unit to support the design, development, review, validation, and field testing of these hybrid learning modules. The consultant will ensure that all educational content is technically accurate, pedagogically sound, competency-based, and aligned with the requirements of the B.Sc. Nursing curriculum. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Digital Innovation Unit to support the design, development, review, and validation of AI-enabled hybrid learning modules based on the B.Sc. Nursing Competency Dictionary.;
(2) Complete the ENTICE AI Preparation Sheet, conducting a comprehensive needs assessment aligned with the JUSTEL framework;
(3) Identify, curate, and share relevant technical resources, reference materials, guidelines, and learning content for module development;
(4) Review and validate draft scripts, clinical scenarios, case studies, assessment checklists, and learning activities to ensure technical accuracy, educational relevance, and alignment with competency requirements;
(5) Provide timely clarification on technical content and respond to queries from the development team throughout the content development lifecycle;
(6) Review module flow, instructional design, visualizations, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) to ensure educational effectiveness and learner engagement;
(7) Recommend improvements to enhance accessibility, interactivity, learner comprehension, and user experience;
(8) Review and validate revised scripts and beta versions of digital modules to ensure completeness, technical accuracy, educational quality, and adherence to design standards;
(9) Conduct final quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, visual quality, and overall educational effectiveness;
(10) Coordinate and support field testing of digital modules and collect feedback from faculty, students, and subject experts for further refinement;
(11) Develop comprehensive facilitator guides and convert learning packages into print-ready formats;
(12) Provide technical inputs for post-launch revisions, updates, and troubleshooting, as required;
(13) Perform any other programmatic responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the successful program implementation;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have M.Sc. Nursing (any specialty) or B.Sc. Nursing with relevant professional experience;
(2) At least 1–2 years of experience in nursing education, faculty development, curriculum implementation, or development of training packages for healthcare professionals, preferably nurses;
(3) Experience in competency-based education, simulation-based learning, digital learning content development, or instructional design will be an added advantage;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Sound knowledge of the B.Sc. Nursing curriculum and competency-based education;
(2) Understanding of curriculum planning, instructional design, and competency-based assessment;
(3) Previous experience working on nursing education or health workforce strengthening programs is desirable;
(4) Strong clinical knowledge and excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills;
(5) Experience in developing technical documents, training materials, facilitator guides, and program reports;
(6) Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams;
(7) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
(8) Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under tight timelines;
(9) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
(10) Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, as required;
5. Compensation Offered: The Gross remuneration budgeted for the role is INR 420,000/- for six months (Salary+M&IE +Stay +travel)

8. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of six months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
