Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Program Coordinator will lead and coordinate public health program implementation in collaboration with government departments, partners, and field teams. The role will focus on program planning, stakeholder coordination, technical support, capacity building, monitoring, reporting, and effective use of digital health and MIS systems. S/he will be responsible the following tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Coordinate implementation of public health programs with partners, government officials, and field teams;
(2) Track program progress against plans and targets;
(3) Maintain effective coordination at block and district level;
(4) Support smooth execution of program activities;
(5) Plan and facilitate trainings, workshops, and follow-up activities;
(6) Provide technical guidance to field teams and healthcare personnel;
(7) Support performance improvement and strengthen implementation systems;
(8) Supervise and support field teams;
(9) Monitor field activities, program indicators, and deliverables;
(10) Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting;
(11) Prepare program reports as required;
(12) Identify implementation gaps and support corrective actions;
(13) Assist in priority setting and achievement of program targets;
(14) Coordinate technical support requirements and follow-up actions;
(15) Contribute to continuous improvement of program implementation;
(16) Support budgeting, vendor coordination, documentation related activities;
(17) Provide operational and technical support for ANMOL MP, ANMOL IP (AI), and IoT-based systems;
(18) Support effective use of digital platforms and IoT devices at field level;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience:
(1) Applicants must have Graduation in any field;
(2) Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in public health program implementation, preferably in MNCH/MNH programs, with demonstrated experience in program coordination, government/stakeholder engagement, field-team supervision, training, monitoring, data management, reporting, and use of digital health/MIS platforms;
(3) Experience working with government health systems at district/block level and familiarity with ANMOL or similar digital health systems will be an added advantage;

5. Compensation Offered: Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

8. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of three months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
