3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, the Senior Manager – Data & Integration (SMDI) will be responsible for managing enterprise data architecture, analytics enablement, and integration initiatives to support organizational data-driven decision-making and technology systems across organization.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Build and maintain the data strategy and architecture artefacts;

(2) Monitor the sector, technology, legal & regulatory environment needs and trends;

(3) Assess the data and analytics landscape across Trusts;

(4) Develop the target data architecture covering data models, master data management, AI/ML strategies for enablement;

(5) Review solution designs and ensure they are aligned to the information guidelines and standards;

(6) Ensure IT standards and processes are well defined and followed;

(7) Manage relationship with the functional teams;

(8) Provide inputs for IT annual planning;

(9) Debug and troubleshoot application-based issues and integrations;

(10) Maintain high quality documentation.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications 
Applicants must have BE / BTech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience 
(1) 10–12 years of relevant IT experience;

(2) Experience delivering projects on data analytics and insights;

(3) Experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, ITIL.

Skills and Competencies 
(1) Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data Warehouse design, BI reporting, and Dashboard development;

(2) Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and databases like Snowflake, SQL Server;

(3) Knowledge of big data and analytics tools like R, Python, and NoSQL databases;

(4) Knowledge of Non-profit sector systems and solutions is desirable;

(5) Problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and customization requests;

(6) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders;

(7) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The compensation offered for the position is competitive and commensurate with experience and salary history.
