Fundraising Manager

Detailed Job Descriptions:

• Lead institutional and individual fundraising efforts, aligning resource mobilisation strategies with organisational priorities.
• Manage donor pipelines, prospect research and mapping, proposal development, and follow-up using digital fundraising and CRM tools.
• Execute fundraising strategies and foster ongoing relationships with donors to achieve annual funding targets, while building a strong and sustainable donor pipeline.
• Coordinate development of donor-facing materials, including concept notes, proposals, impact reports, and presentations.
• Oversee digital fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and engagement strategies.
• Track fundraising performance, donor retention, and campaign outcomes using analytics and dashboards.
• Work closely with programme, IT, and M&E teams to translate programme results into compelling impact narratives.
• Maintain accurate donor documentation, reporting timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Strengthen internal fundraising systems and processes, including knowledge repositories.
• Build and manage relationships with foundations, CSR partners, and individual donors.
• Support leadership in strategic positioning and long-term fundraising planning.
