Job Description

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant - Integration of ABDM, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Delhi.

 

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

 

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Consultant position will lead the technical design and implementation of ABDM M1 and M2 integration within PCTS. The consultant will enable secure ABHA-based beneficiary identification, health record linkage and interoperability. The role will support testing, validation, deployment and operationalization of ABDM workflows in coordination with relevant stakeholders. S/he will be responsible for the following work;

 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

 

(1)  Existing System Assessment & Requirement Finalization;

(a) Assessment of current PCTS-ABDM setup, gap analysis, finalized M1/M2 requirements and approved use cases for continuum of care;

 

(2) Integration Architecture & Data Mapping;

(a) Approved technical architecture, API/data flow, beneficiary matching approach, care context mapping and maternal/child health data mapping;

 

(3) ABDM M1 Integration;

(a) Functional M1 workflows integrated with PCTS, including applicable ABHA creation/verification/linkage and beneficiary identification workflows;

 

(4) ABDM M2 Integration;

(a) Functional M2 integration enabling creation and linking of relevant PCTS health records/care contexts with ABHA as per applicable ABDM specifications;

 

(5) Continuum-of-Care Workflow;

(a) End-to-end workflow enabling ABDM-based interoperability of relevant maternal and child health information when beneficiaries receive care through other ABDM-enabled systems/States;

 

(6) Monitoring, Audit & Reconciliation Module;

(a) Transaction logs, API monitoring, exception handling, retry/reconciliation mechanism and administrative monitoring reports/dashboard;

 

(7) Testing, ABDM Validation & UAT;

(a) Successful functional/integration testing, sandbox validation, security compliance activities, defect closure and UAT sign-off;

 

(8) Production Deployment & Handover;
(a) Production release, deployment support, technical/API documentation, source code/configuration handover, SOP/user documentation and knowledge transfer;


4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field;
(2) Minimum 3-5 years of experience; freshers with good college or personal projects are welcome;

(3) Willingness to learn and take feedback;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Strong expertise in ABDM M1/M2, ABHA and digital health interoperability;

(2) Proficiency in API development, integration, middleware and healthcare information systems;

(3) Strong understanding of health data mapping, security, privacy, consent;

(4) Experience in testing, UAT, troubleshooting, deployment and production support;

(5) Strong project management, problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills;

 

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The overall budget of consultancy fee for both the consultants INR 1200,000/- deliverables based).

9. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

 

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of four months. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
