3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Nursing Coordinator based at Jabalpur will be engaged to manage end-to-end digital tracking of pregnant women admitted to the maternity ward/labour room, ensure high-quality data entry in ANMOL IP, and facilitate coordination between clinical teams and the program unit. The purpose of the role is to ensure timely, complete and accurate digital documentation of pregnant women admitted to the maternity ward/ labor room through ANMOL IP; digitally track patients from admission through delivery and the immediate postnatal period; coordinate with Staff Nurses, ANMs and Medical Officers; and ensure data quality, confidentiality, patient privacy and compliance with hospital and programme requirements. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) ANMOL IP Data Entry & Documentation;
(a) Ensure minimum 95% complete and accurate data entry in ANMOL IP for all pregnant women admitted to the maternity ward/labour room during the assignment period;
(b) Complete real-time or same-day digital entry of the following information;
(i) Admission and patient details and investigations
(ii) Vitals and labour progress
(iii) Intrapartum events and procedures
(iv) Delivery details
(v) Newborn details and immediate postnatal outcomes
(c) Ensure all cases are digitally closed within 24 hours of delivery, with no pending backlog;
(d) Maintain completeness and correctness of records as per hospital protocols and program guidelines;
(2) Digital Patient Flow Management & Coordination;
(a) Digitally track 100% of pregnant women from admission through delivery and immediate postnatal period within ANMOL IP;
(b) Coordinate with the following on a daily basis to collect timely and accurate clinical information for digital documentation;
(i) Staff nurses
(ii) ANMs
(iii) Medical officers
(c) Facilitate smooth coordination between clinical service providers and program staff to avoid data gaps;
(d) Identify and report internet, software, or hardware-related issues affecting data entry to the program team at Jabalpur within 24 hours of identification;
(3) Data Quality, Compliance & Confidentiality;
(a) Ensure 100% compliance with data confidentiality, patient privacy, and ethical standards;
(b) Ensure all digital records comply with:
(i) Hospital protocols
(ii) Program reporting and documentation requirements
(c) Regularly review data to identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear entries;
(d) Flag discrepancies and support correction by the concerned nursing staff or medical officer within 48 hours;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute, Valid State Nursing Council registration;
(2) Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a maternity ward or labour room;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong knowledge of maternity and labour room processes;
(2) Good understanding of clinical documentation and patient-flow processes;
(3) Basic to good computer and digital data-entry skills;
(4) Familiarity with ANMOL IP or other digital health/Hospital Information Systems;
(5) Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy;
(6) Ability to identify and follow up on data discrepancies and incomplete records;
(7) Strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills;
(8) Ability to work effectively with Staff Nurses, Medical Officers, and program teams;
(9) Understanding of data quality, confidentiality, patient privacy, and ethical standards;
(10) Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage multiple tasks within defined timelines;
(11) Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and timely follow-up;
5. Compensation Offered: Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

8. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of four months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
