Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for Program Officer will provide technical and operational support for the implemention of the IPSI pilot project titled “A Pilot Model for Community-Based Public Health Intervention through Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs Using Jan Aarogya Sami s (JAS) in Fatehpur”. The scope includes: Supportive Supervision & Implementation Conduct regular supportive supervision visits to intervention and control facilities to ensure adherence to project protocols, quality standards, and timely implementation of activities. S/he will be responsible the following tasks:
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Community-Based Screening and Engagement Facilitate mapping of 30+ population for screening, oversee screening for hypertension (HTN) and diabetes mellitus (DM), and organize structured monthly JAS meetings focused on NCD management;
(2) Capacity Building & Community Mobilization Support creation of Patient Support Groups (PSPs), conduct awareness and screening camps, and strengthen JAS functionality through microplanning and handholding;
(3) Qualitative Research & Documentation Conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs) with community members and JAS members, and key informant interviews (KIIs) with program managers to capture insights and learnings;
(4) Monitoring & Evaluation Facilitate baseline and endline assessments at facility and community levels, including OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination), service utalization monitoring, and data-driven reviews;
(5) Reporting & Knowledge Management Analyze collected data, prepare comprehensive reports, and document best practices and lessons learned for dissemination;
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications and Experience
(1) Applicant must have MBA in Hospital management\ MSW\ B.Sc (Nursing);
(2) Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and ability to meet tight timelines;
5. Compensation Offered: Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

8. NATURE OF Engagement:
The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Fixed Term Employee (FTE) on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time engagement initially offered for a period of three and a half months. The FTE is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
