Video Production Consultant

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Video Production Consultant, International Not-for-Profit Organization, Delhi/ Remote.

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Video Production Consultant development of AV Film on SUMAN Roadmap. The role is purely design-focused translating program communication needs into visually compelling, audience appropriate, and technically accurate materials including AV Film. S/he will be responsible for the following work;

Key Job Responsibilities: 

(1)  Photo and Video Shoot (30%): Covers the on-ground production phase, capturing candid and posed footage;

(2) AV Film (30%): Covers post-production of the final edited audio-visual film including selection and sequencing of footage, colour correction, sound design/background score, voiceover/ onscreen text, branding elements, and delivery of the final film in the agreed format, duration, and resolution for use across digital and event platforms;

(3) Raw Footage and Files (40%): Covers handover of all unedited raw photographs and video footage shot, along with source project files (if applicable), organized and labeled for easy retrieval, delivered via hard drive/cloud link as agreed. This ensures Jhpiego retains full

ownership and future usability of the content beyond the single edited output;

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) Applicants must have Bachelor or master degree in graphic design, visual communication, media design, or a related field;
(2) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in communication design, preferably in public health or social sector programs;

(3) Prior experience designing videos for government health programs is an advantage;

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro;

(2) Strong understanding of visual communication principles and health communication;

(3) Attention to detail and ability to deliver within timelines;

5. CONSULTANCY FEE: The consultancy fee for one month INR 200,000/- deliverables based).

8. NATURE OF CONTRACT:

The selected candidate shall be engaged as a Consultant on the rolls of SAMS, a third-party payrolling agency, for a full-time consultancy engagement initially offered for a period of One month. The contract is extendable based on performance and project requirements. It is explicitly clarified that this consultancy engagement does not constitute a promise or guarantee of future employment, with SAMS, or our client, or any other organization associated with the project.
